Today, I met with the CEO of Croydon BID - Matthew Sims - as we discussed the future of our Town Centre.
It's a bit of a sorry sight right now, but I know that there is so much potential for Croydon. As Mayor, I will work with residents, business and developers to bring a new regeneration scheme to Croydon. I will take a holistic approach to create more jobs, a better environment and an improved cultural offer. Croydon can once again become a place where people want to go, in order to shop and have fun.
Croydon BID in particular will be instrumental in bringing about the change our town needs, and I look forward to working with them if elected.
