I'm thrilled to announce that we’ve restored Green Flag status at Happy Valley, Coulsdon, adding to our already stellar Wandle Park. We hope to see even more parks joining the list next year. This Conservative-led Council is determined to protect and enhance our green spaces, unlike the previous Labour Council which put them all at risk.
