Croydon's Centrale and Whitgift shopping centres have strengthened the borough's retail landscape by welcoming seven new retailers and renewing leases with 11 existing brands, signaling a positive shift for our town centre.
Among the new additions to the centres are fashion outlets Dressmode, Maflora, and Rebel Clothing, as well as homeware specialist Stacks, and Pinball Republic.
In a major boost to both centres, over 200,000 square feet of retail space has also been secured through lease renewals. Key retailers like House of Fraser, Sports Direct, Claire’s, Holland & Barrett, and Waterstones have all committed to remaining in the area.
